Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivery date (for online purchases). To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging that you received it. Please note that exceptions may apply. We highly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Returned/exchanged items and return/exchange shipping costs are your responsibility until they reach the return address.
Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In order to initiate a return you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 773.293.6872 so that we can give you specific instructions regarding your return.
Please keep a record of your return tracking. A refund will be issued once we receive returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund. Five Elements Home reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise the list of non-returnable items at any time.
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a few days. You'll receive an email once the refund is fully processed.
