RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery date. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging that you received it. Please note that exceptions may apply, so you should always double check whether a particular item is returnable on its product page. We highly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Returned/exchanged items and return/exchange shipping costs are your responsibility until they reach the return address. 

Returns

Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In order to initiate a return you must contact us at service@fiveelementshome.com so that we can give you specific instructions regarding your return. We will also provide you with an authorization number to be included in your shipment. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. All costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Please keep a record of your return tracking. A refund will be issued once we receive returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund. Five Elements Home reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise the list of non-returnable items at any time.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please be noted that only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange an item if we still have it in stock. To start an exchange, please send us an email at service@fiveelementshome.com, and we will give you specific instructions regarding your exchanges.
